"My little family won't be the same without you."

In April Lacey was left heartbroken by the death of her other dog Reggie.

The actress is currently on maternity leave from the soap after welcoming daughter Dusty last month with husband Matt Kay.

Lacey, 31, opened up about motherhood in a chat with OK! Magazine.

The actress, who plays Stacey Fowler in the soap, told the publication: "Dusty's our little miracle – we call her Special Kay!"

Speaking about the little girl's name, Lacey added: "It wasn't on our original list but we did an internet search for 'pretty girls' names' and we both said it at the same time!
