Pregnant Brooke Vincent admits ‘baby brain’ has hit ‘whole new level’ after embarrassing blunder

It could happen to anyone...

Pregnant Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent has joked about making an embarrassing mistake with her beauty appointments due to “baby brain”.

The actress, 27, took to her Instagram Stories to post about mixing her days up and admit the pre-baby befuddlement has reached a “whole new level”.

She shared a snap of herself with eyes closed in exasperation alongside the caption: “When you take baby brain to a whole new level that you turn up to @kp_aesthetics_clinic a day early. All dressed and ready to go!! Seriously, what is life?”

Brooke, who plays Weatherfield’s Sophie Webster, is expecting her first child with footballer boyfriend Kean Bryan, 22.

She’s looking forward to being a mum and told fans earlier this month the little one is already her ‘world’.

In an emotional post shared on her birthday, she wrote: “This year I spent my birthday with a mocktail in my hand and a little baby kicking inside me, thinking about my journey starting as a ‘Mummy’.

“I have no clue what the future holds or how my life is about change, yet I am more at home and content than I have ever been. Even before I have met you, you’re my 🌎 my little baby.”

At the time, she was enjoying her first ‘babymoon’ – a trip to Tenerife with her beau Kean.

She shared a couple of snaps from the holiday on Sunday (June 9), with one showing her and Kean looking loved-up in each other’s arms and another of Brooke cradling her bump and beaming at the camera.

Brooke announced the pregnancy in an interview with OK! magazine in April, when she revealed fears she would never get to be a mum.

She told the publication: “I always worried it wouldn’t happen for me – I’m beside myself with happiness.

“I’ve been playing songs to the bump and sometimes I sit and cry about how much I love my baby! I’ve always wanted to be a mum, so I’m really excited.”
