The cast of Coronation Street have been seen looking sombre as they gathered to film Sinead Osbourne’s funeral.
In scenes set to air next month, Daniel Osbourne will say a final goodbye to his wife, who lost her battle with cervical cancer on Friday (October 25).
Pictures in The Sun show the grief-stricken widow sobbing by her graveside following the service.

Another image shows her colorful coffin. It’s wicker, but in typical Sinead style, it’s got a quirky appearance as it features pink, green and white ribbons tied around the outside.
There’s also a wreath that spells out ‘mummy’ – a tribute from Sinead’s young son, Bertie.
The weather wasn’t on their side as they had to battle torrential rain to get the scenes filmed, with many of the cast including Rob Mallard (Daniel) and William Roache (Ken Barlow), seen in big waterproof jackets.
The pictures of Daniel at the funeral will be a relief to many after it was earlier reported Daniel wouldn’t attend the service.
On the day of the ceremony, Daniel is said to take Bertie and disappear.
His brother, Peter Barlow will track him down and try to persuade him to come home, but Daniel will insist he and Bertie are going to say a private goodbye to Sinead.
It looks like Peter is successful in getting Daniel to go to the funeral though.
Sinead’s fight came to an end last week in a special set of episodes.
She passed away with Daniel and Bertie by her side in heartbreaking scenes, and fans have called for Daniel actor Rob to win awards for his performance.
But some fans have hit out at the soap for the controversial ‘cheating’ plot that blighted Sinead’s final days.
Daniel shared a kiss with Bethany Platt in a moment of madness and was caught by his dad, Ken.
Sinead found out, but eventually forgave her husband, however viewers were unhappy and accused the soap of overshadowing the tragedy of Sinead’s death with the unnecessary plot twist.

This week sees Daniel and Bethany grow closer and Beth Sutherland, Sinead’s aunt, accuse them of having an affair before Sinead’s even cold in the ground.
The outburst prompts Daniel to take Bertie to Scotland on holiday.
But despite saying it’s just to get away from it all, Beth is fearful she’ll never seen her godson again.
