Cancer-stricken Sinead Tinker’s life could be saved when the Corrie character reportedly has a chance to undergo miraculous new treatment – but it could come at a hefty price.
The pregnant Underworld worker has been fibbing to husband Daniel Barlow about having chemotherapy in a bid to protect their unborn child.
And she will soon be seen giving alternative medicine a go in the hope of being cured of her cervical cancer.
But according to reports, Sinead’s best chance of survival could rest with an innovative medical trial in Germany which is believed to be safe for the baby.
The Sun reports desperate Sinead – played by Katie McGlynn – will be “over the moon” when she is told about the treatment.
However, according to an unnamed TV insider, her hopes will be shattered when it emerges the £3,000 costs are beyond her means.
It seems as if her prayers may have been answered when Beth Tinker offers to stump up the amount needed – but Sinead will be left upset after she comes to suspect her aunt of robbing convenience shop owner Dev Alahan.
The soap source is reported to have said Sinead will be consumed with doubt when she suspects where the money has come from.

“She spots a balaclava in Beth’s house and she gives her the cash shortly after Dev’s shop is raided and the takings stolen,” claims the source.
“It’s a case of whether she’ll use the stolen cash to save her life and her baby’s.”
– Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV
