Coronation Street’s Jennie McAlpine shares a picture with her Corrie family

She plays Fiz Brown on the ITV soap

Actress Jennie McAlpine has shared a picture with her Coronation Street family.

Jennie posted the picture to her Instagram showing her with Sam Aston, who plays her on-screen brother Chesney Brown, Andy Whyment, who plays her ex-bofriend Kirk Sutherland, and Alan Halsall, who plays her boyfriend Tyrone Dobbs.

Jenny captioned the post: “My best boys,” with two red love hearts.

Fans loved the picture.

One wrote: “Love it.”

Another wrote: “Love them all.”

A third added: “Fab photo of you all.”

Earlier this week Jenny confirmed she had started filming her Coronation Street return scenes.

Isabella Flanagan, who plays Fiz’s daughter Hope, will also be returning to her role.

Jennie left Coronation Street last year to go on maternity leave.

The actress welcomed her second child, a baby girl named Hilda, in October with her husband Chris Farr.

The couple also have a four-year-old son named Albert.

On screen, Fiz left the cobbles with daughter Hope to take her daughter to Birmingham in the hope her bad behaviour could be dealt with in a specialist unit.

Viewers saw Hope’s behaviour getting worse resulting in her exclusion from Bessie Street Primary school for biting a teacher.

Hope also deliberately let Evelyn’s dog Cerberus go on a tram bound for Rochdale. She refused to apologise to Evelyn who was furious.

Fiz and Tyrone decided to go to visit a therapist about the little girl’s behaviour and Tyrone found a school that could help.

Coronation Street is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
