Coronation Street star Alan Halsall shares picture to celebrate Sienna-Rae’s birthday

She turned six

Tyrone Dobbs actor Alan Halsall has shared a sweet snap to celebrate his daughter Sienna-Rae’s sixth birthday.

The Coronation Street star posted the image to Instagram and said he couldn’t believe how lucky he was to have Sienna as a daughter.

Alongside the picture of Sienna with a special cake, Alan wrote: “I’m the luckiest man on earth to call you my daughter, Sienna-Rae.

“Six years ago (yesterday – too busy partying to post!) you changed my world for the better, you make me so happy and proud every single day and have taught me what unconditional love really is!!

“Daddy loves you princess, happy sixth birthday.”

Fans were quick to wish Sienna a happy birthday with one saying: “This is so sweet.”

Another added: “She is just like you, so lovely.”

Some picked up on the extravagant candles on the cake with one saying: “The cake is fit for a princess!”

Someone else grumbled the fireworks were “over the top”, but others leapt to Alan’s defence insisting it was Sienna’s birthday and the commenter shouldn’t be so “miserable”.

Alan shares Sienna with ex-wife Lucy-Jo Hudson, who also posted to celebrate her daughter’s special day.

Sharing a gallery of photos of Sienna throughout the last six years, Lucy-Jo wrote: “Six years ago today I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl Sienna-Rae.

“My eyes water looking back at these photos! You were an angel then and you still are now.

“I’m so proud of the beautiful, kind and thoughtful girl you’ve turned into!”

Lucy-Jo went on to add she was “missing” her little girl so much on her special day, but she knew Sienna would be “having the best day.”

Lucy-Jo and Alan split up in 2018 after marrying in 2009. They first split in 2016, but reunited months later.

Last month, former Hollyoaks star Lucy-Jo announced she is pregnant with her second child.

The actress – who portrayed Donna-Marie Quinn in the soap from July 2018 until April this year – is expecting a child with her boyfriend Lewis Devine.

Lucy-Jo and Lewis – who she starred opposite in 2017 panto Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs – were romantically linked last year, following her split from Alan.

Alan has since moved on with former Corrie actress Tisha Merry, who played Steph Britton from 2013 to 2018.

The couple went public with their relationship at his co-star Sam Aston’s wedding in May.

Tisha also posted to mark Sienna’s birthday.

The gallery of snaps show Tisha and Alan celebrating with Sienna – and also a gleeful looking Sienna riding a bike, presumably her birthday present.
