Actress Lucy Fallon, who plays Coronation Street‘s Bethany Platt, is almost unrecognisable in a throwback pic she’s shared with fans.
The star, 23, posted a snap from her childhood years on her Instagram Stories and tagged a pal who appears alongside her, writing in the caption, “Omg”.
Though clearly taken years ago, the photo shows Lucy rocking her trademark long blonde hair as she poses with mates and smiles for the camera.

Lucy has played Weatherfield’s Bethany Platt since joining the soap in 2015.
Earlier this year, it was announced she would be departing to “pursue other projects” when her current contract comes to an end in 2020.
Producer Iain Macleod told The Sun: “Lucy advised us at the start of this year that she would like to leave at the end of her current contract in 2020 to pursue other projects.
“She is an amazing performer and has been at the centre of some huge stories for us during her time on the show.
“I have no doubt that her stellar career will continue beyond the cobbles and would like to wish her all the best in whatever she does next – starting with the brilliant final chapter of Bethany’s story!”
Speaking about her upcoming exit, the Lancashire-born actress told Mirror Online she will be “sad” to leave but is nevertheless “excited” to see what the future will bring.
She told the publication: “I have no idea what’s going to happen. When I leave, I’ll have been there for five years and I’ve never done anything else, so I just want to try new things and do new things.”
She didn’t rule out returning to the soap at some point though, adding that she’ll “end up going back”.
Lucy has been plunged into some hard-hitting storylines and made something of a splash on the cobbles.
As a rebellious teen, Bethany was expelled from school before becoming embroiled with a violent drug dealer.
She then was groomed and sexually abused by a gang of older men.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, her performances have earned her four awards – including a National Television Award in 2018.
Talented Lucy is still worried about leaving the safety of Weatherfield, as she told the Sunday Mirror earlier this month: “Corrie is all I know.
“So it’s scary but it’s also exciting to think about what comes next. It’s so far away so I haven’t even thought about it yet and then when I do I’m like argh!!”
