Viewers of Coronation Street have been left traumatised by disturbing scenes in last night’s episode.
Fans were grasping for cushions to cover their eyes as Gemma Winter romped with Chesney Brown on the family sofa.
The couple first had a blazing row after Gemma bought a smoke machine and flashing lights instead of a much needed new washing machine for the house.
Obviously Chesney was furious and call her a ‘toddler’ before admitting to Tyrone Dobbs how he was not sure if they had a future together.
It wasn’t until his son Joseph and cousin Ruby started enjoying the disco kit that he began to see a different side to Gemma’s choice.

When he apologised, Gemma was so happy she hurled her chips to the floor and began kissing him in the middle of the cobbles.
And it only got worse from there as they took their amorous adventures back to the house.
Without a care in the world that other people have to sit on that sofa, Gemma and Chesney romped – TWICE – on the cream faux leather settee.
It was too much for viewers who said they felt traumatised by the scenes.
One said: “Yuck, Chesney and Gemma had sex on the same couch that Joseph sits on to watch cartoons.”
A second said: “Seeing Chesney shirtless has absolutely TRAUMATISED me.”

A third said: “I wouldn’t wanna be sitting on Chesney’s sofa after him and Gemma have been on it! Ewwwwww #corrie.”
A fourth said: “Don’t want to see sex in the Street, it’s a family show!”
Another said: “The Gemma and Chesney scene in #CoronationStreet actually makes me feel sick, the whole scenario is too unrealistic and cringey.”
