There's a big twist coming soon to Coronation Street when a presumed dead character comes 'back-to-life'.
It looks like there could be some good news for Sally Metcalfe as Duncan Radfield's presumed dead wife May turns out to be alive.
Sally and husband Tim met Duncan back in June last year when Rosie Webster stopped his daughter Olivia from being jailed.
He told Sally about how he lost his wife May after she suffered a stroke and wanted help in applying to the council for it's charitable causes fund as he'd like to help other stroke victims and their families.
However once the money had transferred it turned out Duncan was a conman and he went on to frame Sally, saying she coerced him to steal the money and that the two were having an affair.Sally was found guilty of fraud, money laundering and bribery and sentenced to four years in prison.
It's fair to say she hasn't had an easy time in prison and it's revealed to get worse when cellmate Marcia attacks her.
Sally has been struggling in the tough environment, but now it appears Duncan could be in big trouble as the Coronation Street website has confirmed his wife May is very much alive.
Sophie spots May in the hospital where she's visiting Duncan after he was hit by a car.
With May still alive, Tim and Sophie could have the proof they need to free Sally.
But will May help them, or is she in on Duncan's scheme?
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV
