There’s nothing like a bit of daddy-daughter bonding time, and Alan Halsall is clearly making the most of it.
The actor, who plays Tyrone Dobbs in Coronation Street, has taken to Instagram to share a moving quote about fatherhood – as well as a series of sweet snaps from a day out with his “princess” Sienna-Rae.
Beside one shot of him holding the five-year-old, Alan wrote: “Beautiful Day out with my princess 👸🏼 she puts a constant smile on my face and in my heart 💓 #my🌎.”
He then added the inspirational quote: “A Daughter needs a Dad to be the standard against which she will judge all men.”
What an incredible vow to make!
On his InstaStories, the 36-year-old also added some pictures showing Sienna-Rae at a petting zoo.
In one image, Alan – who has been a viewer favourite in Corrie since he arrived on the Cobbles in 1998 – joked that she was wearing a “matching jacket” to the sheep.
He also shared a montage of pics from their day together, captioning it: “A day of non-stop smiling. Daddy and uncle time.”
His 124k followers rushed to compliment the sweet pictures, with one writing: “Beautiful, she looks just like her daddy x.”
Another commented: “How lovely, bet she missed her daddy as much as you missed her whilst she was on her holibobs x.” A third added: “She is such a lucky little girl having such an amazing daddy xxx 💖.”
While one more said: “Beautiful little girl who clearly loves her Daddy 💖.”
Others praised how Alan’s looking these days, after his recent weight loss transformation.
One wrote: “She is gorgeous like you 😍.” A second added: “Aw Alan that’s a gorgeous pic of you BOTH 💖❤️.” A third gushed: “Love this photo of you 👍📸❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
Lucy-Jo, 35, and Alan met on the set of the ITV soap and went on to marry in 2009. They briefly split in 2016 before reuniting and then splitting for good last year.
But the actor sparked new-romance speculation this week, when he posed with former co-star Tisha Merry…
