Viewers of Coronation Street have been left heartbroken as Sinead died from cancer tonight.
Last year Sinead was diagnosed with cervical cancer while she was pregnant with her son Bertie.
She decided against having treatment as she didn’t want to harm her unborn child.
As soon as she had her son, she had treatment and, earlier this year, it looked like things were looking up when Sinead was told her tumour had shrunk and showed no signs of spreading.
But just weeks ago, as she prepared to walk down the aisle to marry Daniel Osbourne, she realised she had a lump on her neck.

Over the past few weeks, Sinead became more ill and was told she only had weeks left.
After a dramatic week, finding out her husband kissed Bethany Platt, Sinead forgave Daniel and filmed videos for her son Bertie to watch when he got older.
But in tonight’s episode (October 25 2019), Sinead sadly died in heartbreaking scenes.

She told her husband Daniel not to spend his life mourning her and she wanted him to move on, but not forget about her, before talking about what their life together would’ve been like.
As Daniel read Bertie a story, Sinead slipped away, leaving viewers devastated, as her husband realised she was gone.

Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
