Coronation Street star Andy Whyment, who plays Kirk Sutherland, has stunned fans with a video of his ‘brilliant’ singing voice.
The actor shared a video of himself singing Acquiese by Oasis on a karaoke machine.
Andy captioned the post: “Mucking about doing a bit of Oasis.”
But fans were stunned by how good Andy’s singing voice is.
One wrote: “Brilliant voice, well done,” while a second commented: “Wow brilliant.”
A third said: “Love it, you’re not bad! Love a bit of Oasis.”
Another added: “Wow, you have a great voice.”

Whilst fans were stunned by Andy’s voice, it’s well known that his character Kirk is a songwriter. Kirk is also known by his stage name El Kirko.

Last year, viewers were left in stitches as Kirk sang his hilarious song ‘My Soul, Your Soul, Our Souls.’

Back in 2010, Andy Whyment participated in a Coronation Street and X Factor crossover skit.
Brilliant voice, well done.
Kirk performed Sex On Fire by Kings Of Leon in front of Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Nicole Scherzinger.
Kirk proved to be quite the performer getting the audience excited and he ended up getting three ‘yeses’ from the judges.

During the coronavirus lockdown, Andy has kept his Instagram and TikTok followers entertained by creating dance videos with his wife Nicola and kids Hollie and Thomas.

But despite Andy being back at work and his kids at school, the Whyment family have continued to create TikToks, leaving their fans overjoyed.
Meanwhile on the cobbles, Andy’s character Kirk has been in a tough situation. He recently discovered that Daniel has been spending time with prostitute Nicky.
