Next week’s Coronation Street spoilers show a tragic situation unfold when Lily chokes on a lollipop and Sam is frozen in shock.
The nightmare begins when Lily and her brother Max come over to Nick’s flat to try to coax Sam out of his silent state.
He hasn’t said a word since Nick took him to say goodbye to late mum Natasha at the undertakers.
But when disaster strikes, Sam is the only one who can save Lily’s life – but will he shout for help?

It’s been the worst few weeks of Sam’s short life.
He’s consumed with grief for his mum, and Nick can’t reach him in his pain.
Leanne is doing her best, but her efforts to get Sam to use a memory jar to capture his happy recollections of Natasha fall flat.

So, Nick wonders if Sam’s interest in astronomy might bring him around and gets out his telescope.
At first, Sam looks pleased, but he’s unhappy when he hears Max and Lily will be coming over.
But no one could predict what happens next.
Sam to the rescue?
Lily is being naughty and decides to lock Sam on the balcony when he won’t speak to her.
But as she taunts him through the window, her lollipop comes off its stick and gets stuck in her throat.
Lily is gasping for air as Sam watches horrified from the other side of the window.

All he needs to do is scream for help and let someone below know Lily is in terrible danger.
Will he finally speak to save Lily, or will Sam let his cousin die?
