As actress Brooke Vincent prepares to go on maternity leave, reports of her Coronation Street exit storyline have emerged.
It’s been said Sophie will head off on her travels with Kate Connor to see the world.
But will they be going as just good friends?

Sophie and Kate have been in a relationship before, but Kate was secetly involved with Rana Nazir behind Sophie’s back.
The two have remained friends though and Sophie is currently with much-older Paula Martin.
Kate is planning to travel the world following the death of her fiancée Rana on their wedding day in the factory roof collapse.
And according to a report in The Sun, Soph will go with her after inheriting a huge sum of money from her aunt Debbie, who is set to return to the soap after 33 years.
A source told the publication: “Debbie’s return is tinged with sadness as she returns to tell her brother Kevin about a death in the family.
“But it’s not all bad news as with the death Debbie has come into a huge sum of money and she wants to share the wealth.
“She hands over a cheque for £200k for Kevin and the kids.”
Sophie then decides to take her share and head off with Kate…
“She’s not fulfilled by her job,” the insider continued, “and she’s growing tired of life on the street living with her dad and Jack.
“Sophie decides to ask girlfriend Paula to take a career break and go with her to see the world and she’s stunned when she agrees.”
But The Sun then reported Paula will change her mind at the last minute, leaving Sophie and Kate to go alone.

Will this be the end of Sophie and Paula? And will Soph and Kate rekindle things while they’re away?
A Coronation Street spokesperson declined to comment when approached by the publication.
Brooke is expecting her first child with partner Kean Bryan.
Faye Brookes, who plays Kate, is leaving the soap, having announced her departure earlier this year.
It was reported she was quitting to focus on planning her wedding to Gareth Gates, but the couple are now said to have called time on their romance.
