Coronation Street SPOILER: Gary Windass will take revenge on Sarah Platt, teases Mikey North

Could she be his third victim?

Hell hath no fury like a Gary Windass scorned, so it’s only a matter of time before the Corrie killer takes revenge on his ex-fiancée Sarah Platt.

Actor Mikey North, 32, has warned that his Coronation Street character WILL get his own back on Sarah in the coming months after she reported him to the police.

Bitter and twisted after she ended their relationship, Gary has watched in fury as his former flame has moved on with (the superbly good looking) Adam Barlow. And he’s got a good job too. Husband goals.

As if nursing a broken heart wasn’t enough, Gary was horrified when Sarah shopped him to the police believing him to be somehow involved in the Underworld factory collapse.

Now actor Mikey has hinted that his character WILL get revenge on his ex-lover.

And being a double murderer, anything is possible now he’s hit rock bottom.

Speaking to metro.co.uk, Mikey discussed how Gary is one of the few people who know that Kylie Platt murdered Callum Logan and that Sarah helped to cover it up by hiding the body.

Mikey said: “Now he’s lost Sarah, he’s got nothing to lose and that makes him quite dangerous.”

Suggesting that Gary could report her to the police for her involvement in Callum’s death, he added: “I always thought that was the way they were going to go with it.

“I thought that’s how he was going to get out of it for now.

“But they are going to need each other at some point.”

Mikey, who has played Gary since 2008, has previously teased that his character could easily kill again if backed into a corner.

Viewers know that he’s behind the tragic death of Rana, after tampering with the factory roof causing it to collapse.

He then went on to kill loanshark Rick Neelan during a bloody fight in the woods.

Mikey has said: “I think as time goes on with this story in to next year, I think he’s become more calculated, because he’s had to. There’s going to be a more calculated side to Gary coming out over the next sort of 12-18 months.”

Sleep with one eye open, Sarah!
