Listen up, soap fans: episodes of Coronation Street will be an hour long this week!
The soap usually airs two episodes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30pm till 8pm then 8:30 till 9pm but this week the schedule will be a bit different.
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, hour-long episodes will air at 7:30pm and finish at 8:30pm.
The schedule change is due to new four part series The X Factor: The Bands, which will be airing at 8:30pm.
Despite the schedule change, Corrie fans won’t be getting any fewer episodes and there’s still plenty of drama to look forward to.
In tonight’s episode of the ITV soap (December 9, 2019) Geoff and Yasmeen arrive back from their trip to Las Vegas with some bombshell news – they got married!
However their announcement is soon leaving Tim worried.

Meanwhile Maria also has some news for boyfriend Gary – she is pregnant with his baby.
She’s pleased when he suggests they view a flat in Victoria Court which is up for rent and later Gary has a surprise for Maria.
He continues to splash the cash when he arrives on the cobbles with a 4×4.

It doesn’t take long for Sarah to realise that Maria is pregnant and when Ali hears the news he warns Maria that Gary is a loan shark.
But will she listen to him?
