Meghan’s mum Doria ‘moving in with her and Harry’

Doria is going to be on babysitting duties

Not everyone could handle having their mum-in-law living with them, but Prince Harry is one of the good guys.

It’s been reported that Meghan Markle’s mum Doria will be moving in with them in the coming months so she can “share babysitting duties”.

Speaking to the Sunday Mirror, a royal insider said: “Doria will be staying with them for quite long periods.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been living in Kensington Palace since their wedding in May.

They’re now planning to move into a 10-room house in Windsor ahead of their baby’s arrival in the spring.

The source continues: “They need a larger place. Frogmore Cottage isn’t massive but it’s certainly big enough for Doria to have a separate area there. With a baby on the way, there wasn’t the option of the Duke and Duchess staying at the palace, as Nottingham Cottage is tiny and none of the bigger apartments are available.”

Grade II-listed Frogmore Cottage was apparently gifted to them by Queen Elizabeth, and holds a special place in the couple’s hearts, as they held their wedding reception at Frogmore House, across the road.

The large “cottage” is reportedly having a multi-million pound refit – to include a nursery – ahead of Harry, 34, and the former Suits actress moving in early next year.

Kensington Palace confirmed that the newly-weds are leaving Kensington Palace in a statement on Saturday.

They said: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will move to Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor Estate early next year as they prepare for the arrival of their first child.

“The couple have lived at Nottingham Cottage since their engagement last year. Windsor is a very special place for Their Royal Highnesses and they are grateful that their official residence will be on the estate.
