Glowing Meghan enjoys night out with Harry at baseball match

The couple left baby Archie at home for a very American night out

The Duchess of Sussex was positively glowing as she made a rare public appearances since becoming a mum to baby Archie.

Meghan and Harry attended the London Boston Red Sox vs. New York Yankee baseball game yesterday and were presented with some absolutely adorable gifts for their newborn.

The royal couple met both teams ahead of Saturday night’s Major League Baseball event in their changing rooms.

Acting in support of their Invictus Games Foundation, both Harry and Meghan were gleaming with delight as they met the opposing teams.

While the Red Sox presented Meghan with a red babygro for Archie, Meghan was particularly delighted with New York Yankee’s gift of a baby sized baseball shirt branded ‘ARCHIE 19’ on the back.

As Meghan laughed and clapped, Harry joked: “You guys have beaten next door’s present by the way!”

Looking stunning in a Stella McCartney belted black dress, Meghan opted for comfortable shoes, choosing elegant Aquazurra flats.

While Harry chose an official Invictus Games Foundation polo shirt teamed with a pair of black jeans and casual sneakers.

Before walking on the pitch and then enjoying the game, the couple chatted with both sides.

Meghan even gave a warm hug to Red Sox outfielder Mookie Betts, who is believed to be a distant related cousin.

According to the Boston Globe, the pair share the same ancestors 150 years back from Alabama.

This is the first time two Major League baseball teams have competed in Europe.

Playing before the 60,000 seat London Stadium, the New York Yankees won 17-3.

Harry and Meghan shared footage and images from their baseball adventure on their official Instagram account.
