Love Island SPOILER: Yewande threatening to quit over Danny’s lies

The Irish scientist is in floods of tears

Yewande has said she wants to leave Love Island over partner Danny’s lies to her face.

In a preview clip for Sunday’s episode, the 23-year-old scientist appears distraught and in tears.

She tells the cameras and her fellow contestants that she’s devastated over her treatment from Danny and that she feels lied to.

“I don’t want to be here anymore and I just feel like I am not going to find love here.

“I think I just need time to really think about what is going on and then I can decide what I am going to do,” she tells Love Islander Anna in the clip.

And in a tough to watch snippet, she tells the producers: “I don’t understand why someone can’t just want me.”

Earlier on in the clip she can be seen confronting Danny, and other contestants even brand him a ‘d***head.’

Danny, 21, who has been coupled up with Yewande for over a week, has gone on several dates with newcomer Arabella.

He told Yewande that no flirting took place during his dates with Arabella, but Arabella says there definitely was.

“You told me you wanted to progress things with me but you failed to mention you wanted to get to know her.

“Even though you told me you didn’t want anyone else. Am I right or am I wrong?” Yewande demands from a rather stunned looking Danny.

As Danny attempts to interrupt, Yewande shouts, “Am I right or am I wrong?”

While we aren’t given privy to Danny’s answer, he’s later shown alone and upset in bed, as Yewande sobs to the producers.

Danny and Yewande have had a rocky relationship so far.

Danny questioned whether she really liked him after she showed little physical affection towards him.

But as soon as model Arabella entered the villa, Yewande promised to be more affectionate to Danny.

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
