Heartbreak in the Love Island villa already as couple are torn apart by Tommy Fury

However, another girl was rescued by her knight in shining armour

Love Island’s Tommy Fury has torn apart lovebirds Joe Garratt and Lucie Donlan after he chose the blonde surfer in a shock re-coupling on Tuesday (04.06.19).

The 20-year-old professional boxer – the younger brother of Tyson Fury – rocked the boat in tonight’s episode when he chose the 21-year-old beauty to be his partner because she caught his eye from the very moment he walked into the villa.

However, there may be a huge feud brewing over the next coming nights as Joe had made it clear to Lucie and all of the guys that he really “liked” her.

Although, in the teaser clip that aired at the end of the episode, Lucie has seemingly forgotten all about her heartbroken man as she was seen knocking back booze and throwing her head back with laughter on a date with the sportsman.

Amber Gill was keen to put her two penneth worth in too as she told sandwich maker Joe that “someone must’ve said something” for Tommy to pick Lucie.

Curtis Pritchard – who arrived late to the villa alongside Tommy – was also given the opportunity to couple up with a taken girl but, luckily for him, he didn’t step on anyone’s toes as she chose Amy Hart, who was paired with Anton Danyluk.

The professional dancer – who is the brother of Strictly Come Dancing hunk AJ Pritchard – said: “The reason why I’m going to choose this young lady is because she’s funny, she’s good looking, she’s intelligent.

“So the girl I want to couple up with is Amy.”

His choice of girl came as a slight shock to viewers as he was seen hitting it off with Yewande Biala just moments before he was told to reveal his decision.

Love Island returns to screen tomorrow (05.06.19) night on ITV2 at 9pm.
