Strictly Come Dancing host Zoe Ball has recently split from her hubby of 18 years, Fatboy Slim aka Norman Cook.
But now the 46-year-old has vowed to have “more sex and HRT” before she hits the menopause.
It looks like the TV host is seeking to spice up her sex life in the hope of beating the symptoms.

Speaking to an audience in London on Monday Zoe admitted: “I am menopausal. I am hot and hairy.
“It is like my last hoorah. Is it going to get better? Do I do HRT or do I have the funny tea supplement?”
“Have more sex? I have just left my marriage. OK that is a good tip. HRT and more sex, I will take that,” she added.
Speaking about how she’s coping with getting older she said: “The best thing about getting older is big pants and comfortable shoes. These were from M&S.
“I am starting to embrace the older age thing.”
Following her separation from Norman, 53, the star has reportedly been dating cameraman Billy Yates.

The star didn’t hold back as she spoke about loving her TV career.
She said: “My job is all a pleasure.
“I do love my job and it is quite random.
“Obviously you get all the gossip from Strictly which is great, when they have all started ‘Schooping and having sex’ which is fun.”
