X Factor star Lucy Spraggan shows off incredible transformation

She auditioned for the show in 2012

Lucy Spraggan has stunned fans by showing off her incredible body transformation.

The singer, who appeared on The X Factor back in 2012, shared before and after photos of herself to Instagram on Tuesday as she told fans she’s overhauled her diet and lifestyle.

Lucy shared one photo of herself when she was in a “very dark place” and “wasn’t aware that so many of the things I was doing and the ways I was treating myself were doing me so much harm”.

I was looking back at a few pictures of some old times today. In a lot of them I was in a very, very dark place. I wasn’t aware that so many of the things I was doing and the ways I was treating myself were doing me so much harm. Lots has gone on since then; I met and married my beautiful wife, I’ve sought proper help (something that is ongoing now) and my career has become what I always wanted (and I am driven by that every single day). The biggest change has been through my diet and lifestyle and I have been lucky enough to have been guided through this by a friend of more than 13 years. I met @csullypersonaltraining at school (we used to be in a rap group… Yeah, I know 😂) but a lot has changed since then and we both fully know our passions in life (unfortunately not rap 😒, we could have made it bro!). His passion is making other people’s lives better through nutrition and healthy lifestyle changes. This isn’t a sales pitch – he is just someone who genuinely wants to help people like me in that pic on the left. This sounds cliched but he helped me learn how to appreciate myself and gain the confidence to feel the way I do now. He coached me through via texts, whatsapp and phonecalls and now he’s doing the same thing to hundreds of people in his group ‘The Work-Off’. It’s a 30 day online programme where Callum guides you through, gets genuine results and actually makes you think about what you put in your body. Check out his insta.
