Love Island’s Gabby and Marcel tipped for own reality show after villa success

This would be amazing

Love Island has been taking in millions of viewers every night since it’s launch last month.

But now one of the show’s favourite couples could be set to have their very own reality spin-off show once leaving the villa.

Gabby Allen and Marcel Somerville have been a favourite couple over the past few weeks and it’s been reported that TV bosses are eager to get them their very own show.

A source at a TV station told the Daily Star: “There has been a lot of interest in Gabby and Marcel having their own reality series.

“Bosses think it would be a massive hit and are hoping the pair agree.”

The couple have been besotted with each other and so much so Marcel popped the question and asked Gabby to be his girlfriend.

In recent episodes Gabby shared her insecurities with Marcel after admitting to feeling like “the ugly one” in the villa.

But Marcel being the gent he is was quick to make her feel better.

He told her: “I came down the steps and no one stepped forward for me.

“I saw you walking down the stairs and I was like, that’s the one and from that moment all I wanted to do was talk to you.

“You’ve got to forget about all these other people coming in, the only person in this villa I wanted was you and that’s why I made a play for you.

“People have come in since and my head has never even swivelled once. I love you just the way you are,” he added.

How amazing is he?!

But the couple’s relationship hasn’t been completely smooth.

Following the latest massive shake-up where the boys and girls were put in separate villas it was revealed that Marcel kissed another girl, but it was only part of a challenge.

However after receiving a photo showing Marcel touching another girl’s leg Gabby was not impressed and the pair ended up having an argument.

Speaking in the Beach Hut Marcel said: “I’m slightly annoyed by this whole situation that is going on today.

“Gabs is lovely, she’s so cool but I don’t know why the last few days she’s been a bit different. She’s not been chilled and relaxed.

“She’s been a bit uptight about everything and I don’t know why she feels like that because everyone in this whole villa knows that I’m the most loyal person in here I never want to do anything to hurt her.”

On tonight’s show a brand new girl is going to be heading into the villa and the islanders are set to have ANOTHER re-coupling.

Blonde beauty Georgia Harrison, who briefly appeared on TOWIE, is said to cause a stir as she enters the villa tonight.

The islanders are going to be treated to a white party which they will be dressing up in their best white outfit.

Kem then gets a text which reads: “Boys, I’m on my way to crash the party. I’ll meet you at the bar for a drink. G xx.”

The boys are separated from the girls, ready to meet the new arrival.

Georgia enters the villa in a red dress: “It’s a white party, I must not have got the memo! Am I allowed in in red?” she jokes.

She gets to know the boys before the girls join and she gets to know everyone.

But as the couples gather around the fire pit for the next re-coupling will any of the lads have their head turned?

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
