In the hilarious segment on The Late Late Show, the comedian covered himself in lunch meat – for his take on the singer’s famous 2010 VMA dress.

He finished the outfit off with a long blonde wig with blue ends, from which he picked off a piece of meat and started eating it.

“Good thing with this one is you’ve always got a snack,” he joked to Gaga, who looked repulsed by the costume.

He also wrapped crime scene tape round his naked body to channel her Telephone music video outfit, wore a head to toe red lace costume in homage to her 2009 VMA look and sported an all-white ensemble complete with huge white wig and lace mask.

Earlier in the segment Gaga got a little road rage screaming “Move!” out of the window as they were stuck in LA traffic, with Corden adding “B*tch get out the way!”

The duo then launched simultaneously into the Ludacris song Move B*tch.

Throughout the 10 minute ride, pair enthusiastically sang and danced to some of the star’s biggest hits including Bad Romance, Born This Way, Poker Face and her new song Perfect Illusion.

After finding out Gaga had only just passed her driving test, Corden let his guest take the wheel – donning a crash helmet joking: “I don’t know if I feel safe in this environment”.

After a few blocks, the terrified comedian forced Gaga to pull over so he could take over the driving

The pair also joked about the pop star’s upcoming gig at the Super Bowl half time show early next year,  re-enacted her invitation phone call with Corden pretending to be “Dave from the NFL”.

Lady Gaga is the latest in a long line of A-listers who have taken part in Carpool Karaoke – but was one of his liveliest guests so far.

Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Selena Gomez, Michelle Obama, Stevie Wonder, Adele and Mariah Carey have also featured in the funny segment.
