Lauren Branning came face-to-face with her love interest, Josh’s, ex-girlfriend, Imogen in tonight’s episode of EastEnders and she wasn’t impressed with what she saw.
Posh blonde Imogen came flouncing in to Josh’s office at Weyland & Co. – giving Lauren a dirty look and asking: “Who are you?”
She then tried to belittle her love rival by bragging about her glamorous holidays, university education and high-flying career as a lawyer.
Imogen wound Lauren up even more when she asked her about her husband, before turning her nose up on discovering she’s a single mother.
She then told ‘Laura’ – because obviously Lauren is too below her to bother remembering her actual name – that she’d have a job keeping Josh interested in her as he hates kids.
And while Imogen rubbed Lauren up the wrong way, that’s nothing compared with what viewers thought of her snobby ways – infuriating them when she referred to Lauren as ‘the great unwashed.’
That Imogen weirdo might have gone to university but she definitely didn't go to acting school. What an embarrassment. #EastEnders

This lady playing Imogen is a massively wooden actress, and can't even pull off the 'arrogant snob' part very well. #EastEnders

This Imogen character is the worst and the actress is horrible. #EastEnders

Elsewhere in the square, Woody’s nose was put well and truly out of joint when he met Lee’s army mate, Moose, who had popped into Walford to say ‘hi’ to the Carters.
It was obvious that Moose still holds a candle for Woody’s fiancee, Whitney, leaving the Woodster seething with jealousy.
Woody warned a drunk Moose off of his girl, but Moose had a trump card up his sleeve – he knew that Whit had already got the divorce paperwork through from Lee, but hadn’t told Woody.
Is Whitney having second thoughts about their wedding?
Meanwhile, Karen Taylor’s money problems got worse as the loan shark, Lloyd, used some pretty below the belt tactics to intimidate Karen into paying him back.
Poor Karen was frantic when she discovered that a stranger had collected her twin boys – Chatham and Riley – from school.
Thinking they’d been snatched, she headed home to rally her family round, only to discover Lloyd sat in her flat with the boys.
A desperate Karen tried selling her stuff in the Vic – only to be thrown out by Mick.
What will Lloyd’s next move be if he doesn’t get his money?
