This Morning viewers were left feeling a bit sick after watching showbiz reporter Rylan Clark-Neal deliver all the entertainment news today.
The presenter was discussing Adele cancelling her gigs with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield when he coughed and snot came flying out of his nose.
Poor Rylan – that was pretty gross!

Rylan’s got a lot going on at the minute as he hosts Big Brother’s Bit On The Side too. The star, who is married to husband Dan, recently opened up on the prospect of having kids in the future.
The 28-year-old told The Sun: “I’m already a stepdad but, of course, I’d like to have kids.
“Since day one I’ve always wanted kids. I love babies.
“It is definitely something that we will talk about and discuss if, how, when and why.
“It’s doable. It’s always on the table, it’s just when the time is right.”

He added: “If I did have a baby, I’d be the sort to want a year off just to be a dad. There’s a lot that I’ve got to look at.”
There’d be plenty more to deal with than just a bit of snot if he has a baby, that’s for sure!
