Victoria Beckham sat down her four children and assured them their father David is not a cheat, according to reports.
The fashion designer, 44, has apparently told of the moment she spoke to her kids about her marriage in a new interview with Vogue magazine.
Insiders claim she had initially intended to chat about her 10-year fashion career to the glossy mag, but also decided to open up about how she dealt with false allegations about hers and David’s relationship.

With the full interview set to hit the shelves later this week, a friend told The Sun: “Both David and Victoria are very transparent with the kids to ensure they hear things directly from them – and not from the playground.
“After the latest furore, they once again took the decision to be open and honest with them, reassuring them Daddy is not a cheat.”
The pal added: “They sat the children down and addressed these horrific, hurtful whispers.”
Victoria and 43-year-old David are parents to Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 13 and seven-year-old Harper.
The couple have been married since July 1999 and are arguably one of the strongest couples in showbiz.
But earlier this summer, they were forced to silence false claims that they were heading for divorce after rumours began to spread on Twitter.
Betting agents Paddy Power even suspending bets on David and Victoria breaking up.
At the time, however, a furious spokeswoman for the couple told The Sun: “There is no statement due, no divorce, and a lot of Chinese whispers and fake social media news.
“This is all very bizarre and an embarrassing waste of time.”
A spokesman also apparently even added: “It’s a crock of [bleep].”
Since then, Victoria and David have continued to put on a united front and have just enjoyed a sun-kissed family holiday with their good friend, Sir Elton John.
Their second eldest son, Romeo, also celebrated his 16th birthday on Saturday and both his parents posted tributes to their boy on social media.
Victoria shared a sweet photograph of herself and Romeo on Instagram, writing: “Happy Birthday Romeo!
“Can’t believe our baby is 16 today!!! We all love you so so much @romeobeckham xxx.”

David, meanwhile, chose to post a more unusual picture of himself shaving Romeo’s moustache!
Captioning the black and white shot, he said: “I cannot believe my little man is 16 years old…
“Happy birthday big boy you are so special and I love you so much x @romeobeckham.”
