She has never shied away from sharing intimate portraits of her family depicting their obvious closeness, but Victoria Beckham’s latest picture is possibly the sweetest one yet.
The mum-of-four updated her Instagram feed with the heartwarming image of her snuggled up to six-year-old Harper and captioned it: “Nap time with mummy. Kisses just before Christmas.”
Aw.
(And admirable selfie skills too – was there a stick at play, or is Vicks just very accomplished with the old arm just-at-the-right-angle routine?)
The cute shot immediately attracted thousands of likes and comments, including from reality star Sam Faiers, herself no stranger to a mother and child social media photo opportunity.
Fans of the artist formerly known as Posh Spice told her the pic was everything from “magnifique” to “precious”, with one commenter declaring it the “beautiful bond between mother and daughter”.
And we can’t really argue with that.

Posh’s new upload came just a few days after she shared a picture of her entire brood all reunited for the holiday season captioning it “I’m so happy!!! All my babies back together.”
This was perhaps a nod to the fact go-getter Brooklyn is now living his own life over in NYC, where he is studying photography at the prestigious Parsons School of Design in Manhattan.

The devoted mum hasn’t only been using her social media to showcase the gushing side of motherhood and family life this Christmas, though.
She wasted no time in using it to gently mock oldest son Brooklyn’s new festive hairdo just days after his return to the fold, hilariously comparing him to comic strip character Dennis the Menace.
It seems his mum wasn’t much of a fan of his newly dyed black and cropped locks.
“@brooklynbeckham X That hair!!! @chloegmoretz what have u done!!” Victoria wrote – seemingly blaming Brooklyn’s actress girlfriend Chloe Moretz for the questionable chop (who to her credit, responded with a good-natured ‘Hahahah ohhhhh my god’).
Excellent trolling from Victoria though, proving no matter how too-cool-for-skool you are and living it up in New York and dating a mega popular actress, you are never immune from your mum taking the proverbial.
Just how family life should be, really – even if you ARE the Beckhams.
