Queen of the selfie, Vicky Pattison, admitted to making a fake tan fail in a recent photograph she shared with fans on Instagram.
The usually faultless I’m a Celebrity… star posted the snap of her completely made up with fake tan, false lashes, and with her hair curled into glamorous waves.
But before fans could point it out first, the outspoken Geordie, 30, picked up on her beauty mistake of applying fake tan to her face, but not her hands.
We’ve all been there Vicky!
She wrote: “I wish I’d fake tanned my hand. Hair and make-up by gorgeous girl @chantaljanemakeup. Creepy white Capser the friend ghost hand all me unfortunately.”
Drawing even more attention to her hand, is Vicky’s huge marquise-cut, diamond engagement ring.
Luckily fans admired her honesty, and praised the TV star for ‘keeping it real’.
One fan wrote: “Well done Vicky. I say this for still uploading this pic although you knew it wasn’t ‘perfect’. This is what we need!”
Another follower agreed, adding: “I just have to say, and I know you hear it all the time, but to see someone so beautiful yet so honest, and open, and real, is so refreshing.”
Vicky also revealed on her Instagram Stories that she had been up at 5am that day, in order for her ‘glam team’ to prepare her for work.
Yet, after a day of what we presume to be a photo shoot or filming, the down-to-earth presenter couldn’t wait to strip off her make-up and tan.
“Get off my face…I’m shattered!” she wrote, while removing her make-up.
Earlier this week, Vicky also took to social media to show fans her Instagram ‘reality’, compared to how she looks in everyday life.
Alongside a picture of her looking very glam at a pool party, Vicky posted another selfie on the flight home the following day.
Vicky captioned the snap: “Instagram V reality. Get yourself a girl who can do both. Living my best life @bhmallorca pool party yesterday and recovering on my ludicrously early flight home today!”
She added: “Do you guys, and don’t believe everything you read on Instagram!”
