Vanessa Bauer has appeared to make a subtle dig at her Dancing On Ice partner Wes Nelson’s ex-girlfriend Megan Barton Hanson.
Love Island star Megan hit out at Vanessa last month, accusing her of timing her break-up with Louis Nathaniel for publicity and not making the effort to introduce herself to her.
On Tuesday, Vanessa took to Instagram to share an inspirational quote about “sitting back and observing everything with logic”.

She first thanked fans for their support and even said she’d been brought to tears over their messages.
She wrote: “I’m so sorry but I can’t find the time to respond to all the DMs. I read through them and they mean the world to me.
“I appreciate all the love so much and will over time do my best to respond! Some of your stories bring tears to my eyes and all your support is crazy and amazing. I may go live soon. Love you all.”
Vanessa then posted a quote from martial arts legend Bruce Lee that was posted by her agent.
It read: “You will continue to suffer if you have an emotion reaction to everything is said to you.
“True power is sitting back and observing everything with logic. If words control you that means everyone else can control you. Breathe and allow things to pass.”
It comes after Megan lashed out at Vanessa on Instagram last month.
She wrote: “@Vanessabauer_skates love that you decide to announce your breakup with your boyfriend on the night of your 1st performance with my boyfriend!
“You’ve never reached out to me once or invited me to watch you train, it pained you to introduce yourself to me last night, you didn’t even look me in the eye LOL.
“Hope the tactical breakup got you the headlines you wanted babe. @wesnelson (sic).”
A few days after, Megan appeared on Loose Women and revealed she had reached out to Vanessa to clear the air.
She told the panel: “I sent her a message last night so we’re working on it.”
Megan also insisted she was just “really hurt” that Vanessa didn’t “make the effort” to introduce herself to her.
A a statement from Vanessa’s spokesperson said at the time: “Contrary to suggestions, Vanessa did not ‘announce’ her split. She’s never discussed her private life and as always wants to stay focused on her professional commitments.”

A week later, Megan and Wes confirmed they had split.
In an Instagram post, Megan said: “It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate.
“We have been working hard for well under a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate.”
