Britain is set to be hit by harsh weather this weekend, with storms and strong winds sweeping parts of the country.
The Met Office has predicted wet and windy conditions in the west and southwest of the UK, with thunderstorms at times.
Devon and Cornwall, as well as parts of Northern Ireland and Wales, will be subject to heavy downpours.
Heavy gusts are expected to reach up to 50mph in some places.

The temperature will struggle to reach higher than 10C on Friday in these areas, however, the weather in other parts of the country is not looking as bad.
In the east, temperatures are set to be slighter warmer and the weather will be drier.
Met Office meteorologist Alex Deakin explained: “It’s been a week of heavy April downpours. Friday overall looks a lot drier than many days this week and bit drier with sunny spells.”

Heading into the weekend, there will be an east/west divide as the west sees warmer spells, but the east is set for rain and cloud.
Parts of the northeast in particular may be hit by showers, and some areas could see thunderstorms.
Temperatures are thought to reach no higher than 13C and 14C this Friday.
Alex said that there will be “outbreaks of rain across Northern Ireland and plenty of showers for Wales and southwest England. It’s still pretty gusty in western areas too.”
He added: “Elsewhere it’s chilly but we do have some sunshine for parts of the East Midlands, East Anglia and the southeast, and many eastern areas in much of Scotland will stay dry and bright all day.”
The forecast from Sunday onwards sees “heavy thundery showers” and much “colder” weather across the north.
