In lovely news to brighten your weekend, reality star Mario Falcone has announced the birth of his first baby!
Confirming his son’s name as Parker-Jax, Mario shared a cute picture of Mum, Dad and baby’s hands all together on a blanket.
The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate captioned the cute image: “Happy to announce the birth of our beautiful little boy PARKER-JAX FALCONE. Weighing 7lbs 4oz.”
He added that his fiancée Becky Miesner was doing well, writing: “Both mummy @beckymiesner1 and baby are fine. He is absolutely perfect! ❤.”
His partner Becky also shared the picture, with the caption: “So happy to announce the birth of our little perfect son 💙 @mario_falcone17 Parker Jax Falcone 7lb 4oz.”
The 29-year-old also confirmed the date and time Parker-Jax arrived, writing: “Friday 9th November 9.47pm.”
The baby arrived almost exactly on time, as Becky took to Instagram the day before to confirm she was officially 40 weeks pregnant, writing: “So today is our due date and we are very ready and waiting to meet you little one ❤️ #40weekspregnant.”
Mario – who is best known for his turn on The Only Way Is Essex from 2011 – had several messages from his celeb pals.
His TOWIE co-star, Gemma Collins commented: “Congratulations,” while Love Island’s Jonny Mitchell wrote: “Congratulations brother.”
Mario’s sister, author Giovanna Fletcher – who is married to McFly’s Tom Fletcher – posted an InstaStories video where she said: “Big news this morning! I have become an auntie again, to my first nephew! Yay!”
His fans were also delighted for the TV star, with one commenting: “Congratulations and welcome to the journey- best journey EVER!”
Another wrote: “Congratulations to you both xxx 🥂🍾💙💙💙.”
A third said simply: “Congrats dude! And good luck 😬.”

Mario revealed his fiancee’s pregnancy back in May.
The pair have been together since August 2016, announcing their engagement last year.

They postponed their wedding when make-up artist Becky fell pregnant, with Mario later sharing the scan with his 1.1million followers.
The CBB star revealed that he and Becky had been trying to have a baby for a while, saying: “It was getting quite stressful so we decided we needed to relax a bit. But as soon as we went back to just having fun, she fell pregnant!
“It’s been my dream to be a dad for a long time now, so I’m over the moon.”
