The Only Way is Essex star James ‘Arg’ Argent looks unrecognisable after kicking his bad habits.
The newly slim star has lost over a stone since changing his lifestyle.
Arg went to Thailand in April to a rehab centre, and gave up alcohol, as well as taking on a healthier diet.

The 29-year-old shared a photo of himself dressed in a white short-sleeved short, and grey trousers in front of a movie poster.
Giving his 492,000 followers a sample of his cheeky humour, he captioned it: “I’m a real life #goodfella hahahahaha I hope my date is ready! 😜.”
It looks like he’s now set to find love too!
His fans went wild for the pic, with one saying: “Looking amazing!!! Keep it up! Xx”
Another said: “Looking fab be proud of yourself 💙”.
A third hilarious user wrote: “Well done Arg!! True inspiration to all us fat blokes out there! 👍”.
Arg was known for his long-term and albeit up-and-down relationship with Lydia Bright. They split for good in April 2016 after first getting together in their teens.
Now, he’s put all of that past him and is set to join the Celebs Go Dating gang. His photo could well have been taken before a date on the show.
Arg joins fellow Towie star Bobby Norris, Calum Best, Charlotte Dawson, Frankie Cocozza on the new series.
News emerged yesterday that Lydia decided to quit Towie after rumours of Arg’s return to the show.
A Towie insider said: “Lydia’s loved being on Towie despite the stresses it’s caused in her personal life, particularly when it comes to Arg.

“She was weighing up her future following the end of the last series and with Arg clearly being back in contention, it triggered her decision.
“She knew he would get a lot of airtime and it’s only natural she would be dragged into possible storylines.”
Well, the exes are certainly making some big changes.
