Toby carvery is doing takeaway roast dinners!

Yorkies on the sofa!

| Updated:

Sundays aren’t proper Sundays without a roast dinner, but sometimes the effort and time required means we end up going without.

But not anymore.

Family restaurant chain Toby Carvery has realised our plight and is now offering a takeaway service.

So you CAN still have your Yorkies and roasties even when you’ve spent the morning dragging yourself round town Christmas shopping.

And it gets better. They are available seven days a week?

Gravy-soaked turkey and stuffing on a Thursday? Don’t mind if we do!

And the menu options are just as extensive as if you were dining in the restaurant.

There are four choices of meat – turkey, beef, gammon and pork.

They’re all served with roast veg, lashings of gravy and – the piece de resistance – Yorkshire pudding.

Veggies and vegans are also catered for; broccoli and brie parcel stuffed with mushrooms and finished with creamy sauce for the former; roast mushroom and ale pie for the latter.

Don’t over-face yourself on your main though as desserts are also available.

Millionaire brownie or chocolate and raspberry fondant tickle your fancy?

Check the website’s tracker for your nearest establishment, order and collect.
