Shameless actress Tina Malone has taken her critics to task about her amazing weight loss.
Appearing on This Morning, she revealed that online trolls have body shamed her for being 'anorexic' after she lost 12 stone in weight.
Tina is feeling so good after dropping from a size 28 to a size 6, that she urged viewers to follow her example.
After having a gastric band fitted, Tina has seen her weight plummet and she said that viewers should stop smoking and save up to have similar done to them.
Speaking to hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, Tina said: "My advice is, if you can pay for acrylics and cigarettes, save up for a gastric band.
"Save your life. It has changed me as a person. I am less angry."
The 53-year-old was questioned by Phillip as to what she would advise viewers, seeing that she'd had "a hell of a lot of help" to achieve her goal.
Tina replied: “My advice is I didn't get anything free. I went and did my homework.
"Save up and get that gastric band because it will change your life in every way."
Of course, the online body shamers have been having a field day with Tina's weight loss.
She has faced a barrage of abuse, attacking her for going too far.
Tina used this opportunity to speak out against those who trolled her.
She revealed: "I’ve had more abuse about this one, than being pregnant at 50, having operations and a gastric band.
“It affects Danielle [oldest daughter] and my husband Paul more, I just laugh.
"They say I have anorexia, they say it's gone too far they say I should stop eating pies.
"I was told for 18 years to stop eating them. It’s quite extraordinary."
Tina admits that time was up on her weight loss regime now. She revealed that now she "feels incredible", there isn't the need to go any further.
“I am done. I am 7 stone 10. I was 7 stone 6 a couple of weeks ago.
"I don’t think I'm too thin. I am 5 foot 1. I'm going to start a exercise regime to tone up."
This Morning viewers thought that Tina was looking amazing and took to Twitter to share their love with her.
It cannot be doubted that Tina's story is incredible and shows what can be achieved with dedication... and a little surgery.
