This Morning viewers think Holly Willoughby looked like ‘a prim school teacher’ on today’s show

Daytime TV queen Holly Willoughby is often worshipped as a style icon.

But the outfit she wore on today episode of This Morning (2.10.19) did not go down well with viewers.

So badly, in fact, that one fan said she looked like ‘an old school teacher’.

Holly, 38, shared her latest outfit choice on Instagram today, and she wore a smart blue patterned Beaulah London dress with buttoned-up white collars.

She captioned the image: “Morning Wednesday… today’s #hwstyle on @thismorning … dress by @beulahlondon.”

Even though Holls looked gorgeous, not all of her 5.8million followers agreed.

Holly often shares her This Morning outfits on social media, but this one provoked quite the reaction.

One of her followers asked: “School marm?” while another commented: “Very prim.”

“Nice. Looks like you’re going to be teaching a class from the 1920s,” another complained.

“Sorry Holly, but I do not like this look. So old fashioned,” one wrote subtly.

Finally, one of her followers complained: “Look like a old school teacher.”

It was all so different a few days ago.

Mum-of-three Holly enjoyed a well-deserved night off from parenting duties to watch a new English National Opera production.

She looked the part in a gorgeous white and blue floral print mid-length dress, which she teamed with stylish tan boots.

The dress went down a treat with her 5.8 million followers, with lots commenting on how fantastic the TV star looked in the M&S design.
