The star celebrates her 36th on Friday

The TV presenter turns one year older tomorrow and her close pal and co-host, Phillip Schofield had definitely set up a few treats for her on today’s This Morning.

As she started to wrap up the show for the day, Phil revealed that the show actually hadn’t quite finished.

The show’s chef, Gino D’Acampo, then trotted in leading Tony the Shetland pony, who also made an appearance on Celebrity Big Brother.

The mum-of-three squealed: “It’s a unicorn for me?! Don’t I get to keep him?”

Gino replied: “You can’t keep him. He’s Tony the Pony.”

But the surprises didn’t stop there!

Of course, it’s no secret that the pair love a tequila shot, so Phil couldn’t help himself but to include some in Holly’s surprise gift.

At this point, Gino had disappeared and come back with a lavish chocolate cake, alongside tequila in chocolate shot glasses.

He explained that the surprise was made up of “everything she likes”.

Holly asked: “Are you joking?!”, before knocking back a shot.

She then went on to stuff a huge slice of cake in her mouth, telling viewers:

“This is the stuff of dreams.”

One viewer tweeted: “lol Holly going straight for the chocolate tequila shots #ThisMorning.”

Another added: “I love how quick @hollywills picked up that chocolate tequila shot.  How nice did they look though?! #ThisMorning.”

Earlier on in the morning, before the show aired live, Phil had already started the birthday surprises for his co-presenter.

He surprised her with another cake, and documented it all on his Snapchat.

In the clip, which was taken in the show’s dressing room, Holly was captured receiving the cake as Phil sang the traditional birthday song.

As she blew out the candles, the 35-year-old said: “I’ve always wanted to do this!”

She then went on to thank Phil and the team.
