The Chase viewers urge contestant to DIVORCE her husband

The contestant revealed her husband wouldn't be happy if she bought another pet

Following a hilarious exchange with host Bradley Walsh, contestant Natasha joked that her hubby might end up leaving her after she revealed what she would spend the winning money on.

Wags on Twitter encouraged Natasha to divorce her fella!

Just like every show, Bradley likes to get to know the contestant before their cash builder round.

As Bradley asked Natasha what she gets up to in her spare time, the contestant admitted: “Well, I have a lot of pets so that takes up a lot of my time looking after them.”

But Bradley didn’t expect what came after he curiously asked her what pets she has.

Natasha revealed the long list of animals she has: “I’ve got one rabbit, two gerbils, two guinea pigs, two cats, two dogs and two children.”

The host joked: “So if you win some money today would you take a load of time off?”

But Natasha wasn’t keen on that idea and had other plans.

She said: “No. My husband’s going to kill me for saying this, but my son’s been begging me for another dog.

“So possibly, maybe a dog, or a divorce. We’ll see.”

But fans took to Twitter and joked that Natasha should plump for the divorce!

One wrote: “Go for the divorce Natasha! #TheChase.”

Another agreed: “Go for the divorce #thechase.”

A third said: “This Irish lady gets a divorce !I will marry her today. #thechase.”

This isn’t the first time the show has caught the attention of viewers and got them talking.

Just last week, the show was hit by an embarrassing blunder as the wrong contestant names appeared temporarily on the screen.

Having made it through the final chase, contestants Ray, Simon and Claire went on to win £16,000.

But as the trio celebrated, their names on the panel changed to Kerry, Dan, Cecilia and Tashi.

And viewers definitely spotted the mistake almost straight away.

One wrote: “Why did 4 different names just appear on The Chase  #TheChase.”

Another baffled viewer said: “Well done team, whatever your names are #thechase.”
