The Chase fans in hysterics over 82-year-old player’s confession

The OAP's hilarious antics won over viewers

Host Bradley Walsh was left shocked after contestant Graham, 82, made a hilarious confession about his love life.

Graham revealed he met a woman while he was on a cruise and they enjoyed “clicking their hips” together.

Bradley asked the retired pub landlord: “Are you single or have you got a partner?”

To which Graham replied: “12 months ago I was on a cruise and I met a lovely lady from up north. We clicked and we get on great together.”

Bradley quickly said: “When you say you clicked, was that the zimmer frames whacking together?”

Graham then joked: “No, my hips.”

Host Bradley, 56, burst into laughter over Graham’s funny remark.

And Chaser Paul Sinha was also a fan of the comic.

He said: “Hello Graham, can I say it’s always sobering to meet an 82-year-old with a busier love life than I have. Congratulations Graham.”

And of course viewers couldn’t get enough of Graham.

One wrote on Twitter: “Graham has serious banter #TheChase.”

“Let me have Graham’s swag when I’m 82 please #TheChase,” said another.

A third tweeted: “Graham looks ace for 82. He could pass for someone in their 60’s #TheChase.”

Another gushed: “Eeee, Graham on #thechase is so cute! I want them to win, just because of him.”

Graham managed to bag £3,000 in the cash builder round but was unfortunately knocked out of the game after going head-to-head with Chaser Paul Sinha.

Meanwhile The Chase is being taken off air for one month and replaced with another quiz show, Babushka, hosted by Rylan Clark-Neal.

And fans are unimpressed with the news, of course.

So unhappy in fact that the irate mob have forced Rylan to delete his Twitter account after receiving so much hate.

The star tweeted: “Getting a bit ridiculous now. Just doing my job. Enjoy the show. Coming off here for a while @Babushka starts Monday 1st May.”

But the shake up is only temporary and The Chase will return to our screens in June.

Chaser Anne Hegerty assured fans by tweeting: “Sigh. No. We are off for the month of May ONLY, to give Rylan’s show some airtime. Then we are back.

“Only replacing it for A MONTH, guys. We’re not going anywhere, we’re just having a little rest. Filming again in June #TheChase.”
