The Chase fans got an unexpected shock last night, when they tuned into the ITV quiz show and found something very familiar was missing…
Instead of finding Bradley Walsh full of cheeky comebacks and giggling innuendo as per usual, the host seemed to have got up on the wrong side of the bed!

And fans didn’t like the “grumpy” version of Bradders.
Proving that even well-paid celebrities can have an off day, Bradley appeared to be making some rather “sarcastic” and short-tempered remarks to the guests.
When Ginny, Craig, Christopher and Sam took part on the show, the host appeared to snap at the contestants when given the wrong answer.

He was later accused of getting bristly when contestant Chris interrupted him while he was speaking during Craig’s cash builder.
Despite Bradley’s prickly attitude, Chris, Craig, and Ginny went on to play for a massive £50,000 in the final chase against The Vixen.
But they sadly lost out as The Vixen – aka Jenny Ryan – performed a clean sweep against the trio, by answering 18 questions correctly in a row with 30 seconds still left on the clock.
Those watching from home were quick to criticise Bradley’s behaviour, with one even calling the usually likeable host “arrogant” and claiming he was “ruining” the show.
She wrote: “I feel that Bradley Walsh has turned very head-boy like recently. He gets annoyed if someone gets a question wrong that he knows, his eyes glaze over if the conversation is too long and he is pretty arrogant #TheChase.”
She went on to say: “I’ve actually gone right off Bradley Walsh recently. It’s annoying because he was my favourite quiz show host, but he’s got so big headed of late that he is no longer he man he used to be.
“A shame as it often ruins #thechase for me.”

Another added: “It really doesn’t suit Brad to be openly sarcastic with the contestants. That sort of thing is best left to those smug gits on #Pointless.”

Fans will have to tune in to discover if Bradley’s bad mood is here to stay, or just a fleeting mood swing.
