Michelle Heaton, 37, recently took to Instagram to show off her tan lines, and to flaunt her amazingly muscular figure, after a tanning session in her back garden.
After planning on a one hour tan session in the glorious weather, she ended up getting sunburnt pretty badly as she said on Instagram: “Ok my hour turned into a bit longer.. fell asleep whoopsee #bikiniline bit too much sun .. time for some aloe ”
The mother of three took the chance to show off her toned figure in a mismatching skimpy bikini.

It was only hours earlier that she posted a selfie where she said: “Shameless bikini pic alert.. to feel guilty or not emails done.. housework done .. workout done .. dinner for Hugh prepped as I’m out tonight with the girls .. kids bedrooms all ready for nighttime routine.. kids at school .. am I allowed to relax? 1 hour in the sun thank you very much … and yes, my nickers are inside out #dontcare #sunbathing.”
Most fans were supportive with lovely comments on how good she looks and how she deserves the break. One said: “Ignore the petty haters….you have an incredible body and nothing wrong in showing off your hard work ” while another commented “Wowza Michelle looking unreal x”
The photos came after she shared a video of her working out in the gym, in striking blue leopard print leggings.
It was clear to see that Michelle is a gym bunny, as she looks like she knows what she’s doing with the range of equipment.
Back in May the former Liberty X star went on Loose Women to bravely show the world her hysterectomy and double mastectomy scars.

She’s a woman on a mission to make other women feel better about their bodies. She told the Loose Women: “My whole thing is to get women to be more confident about their bodies no matter what size they are and to show that you can change the way you look if you want to.”
Thanks to the hot weather we’ve (mostly) been having lately, it’s a popular time for celebs to flaunt their figures. And we don’t blame them!
TV presenter Melanie Sykes recently posted a pic of her incredible six pack on Instagram after she returned from holidaying in France.
In a bright pink and turquoise bikini she looked healthy and bronzed and received lots of positive comments.
