Take That star encouraging fans to keep fit with him

Singer's latest project getting everybody up and moving...

When most people start a new fitness regime in the New Year, they have every intention of sticking to it, until something leads you off on the wrong path.

Not Gary Barlow though, he’s making sure he sticks to his by getting his fans involved.

He started #BarlowsBootcamp and now he’s on a mission to keep everyone on track.

The singer posted a picture on Instagram of him working out with his yoga instructor, Shona Vertue.

“Been making some clips today with my friend @shona_vertue Dawn and I love her vids and advice. Check her out. She’s incredible. This is a great intro for Yoga. Don’t be scared, especially guys. Can’t tell you how much yoga helps me on a daily basis #BarlowsBootcamp”

His followers replied in their droves saying;

He also showed the cookbooks he’s going to be using over the next few months to help get him back in shape;

“Planning my food for next week. Back to business. Hard work and a healthy life style go hand in hand. Real food as your fuel. #barlowsbootcamp”

The 46 year old revealed that he cooked for himself and wife Dawn every day, and that he was vegan for 8 weeks last summer and he loved it.

He’s even been rustling up some amazing dishes on his Instastories, including a slow cooked healthy Dahl and a sweet potato and borlotti bean soup.

He also revealed his secret drink called golden milk, which is also known as turmeric latte, and is said to be great for helping with bloating and weight loss.

Hmmm, we might have to get the recipe for that ourselves!
