Suspicious Love Island viewers do not TRUST newbie Craig’s moves on fragile Camilla

Craig is part of the new breed of Islanders

Love Island was infiltrated by a new load of singletons looking for romance tonight – and they had no qualms about treading on the toes of the old contestants.

In a twist to the ITV2 reality contest, the boys were sent to another villa on a mini-break whilst the girls welcomed a new group of potential dates into the original villa.

But after their initial excitement at the prospect of fresh love interests, they soon worked out that the boys were probably entertaining a new load of contestants, too.

Kem Cetinay decided to put his romance with Amber Davies aside for a few days, but was shocked when she packed a thong sprayed with her perfume in his case for the mini-break.

Meanwhile, back at the villa new islander Craig Lawson set his sights firmly on heartbroken Camilla Thurlow, hoping to help her recover from being dumped by Jonny Mitchell.

But fans of the show thought they could see through his plan to grab some attention for himself as one of the programme’s newest recruits.

However, others were pleased to see Thurlow looking happy again.

Others compared the potential couple to Millie Mackintosh and Professor Green’s former relationship.

With many of the new contestants introducing themselves by stating which contestants they liked and that they would not be shy about coming between established couples, viewers of the series could see some explosive episodes over the coming days.

:: Love Island continues tomorrow (FRIDAY) on ITV2 at 9pm.
