Kerry Katona suffers another blow after latest love split

Don't waste your time swiping...

Things rarely seem to run smoothly in Kerry Katona’s life, particularly where romance is concerned, and if newspaper reports are true, then the latest drama to befall her is sure to leave her fuming.

According to The Sun, a trickster has been impersonating her on the dating website Tinder.

Catfishing a kitten, no less.

Fans apparently spotted the star’s profile on the site, and were taken in by the recent pics and up-to-date info on the mum-of-five.

However, newly-single Kerry’s representatives hotly denied that it was her, and told The Sun Online “the profile is completely fake”.

Kerry parted from her boyfriend, James English, last month, just weeks after she appeared to confirm their relationship with a loved-up pic of them on her Instagram.

The relationship came about shortly after she split from her third husband, George Kay, who she revealed she was separating from in June, after a tumultuous three years together.

The pair have a three-year-old daughter, Dylan-Jorge.

Devastated Kerry told The Sunday People at the time that she felt like “the worst mother in the world” and would “never forgive myself”after her kids allegedly witnessed rows between the pair.

“No child should have to hear what they heard or see what they saw,” she told the paper.

“I said to the girls, ‘I’m so sorry I’ve let this go on for so long.'”

Unlucky in love Kerry was previously married to former Westlife star Brian McFadden, with whom she has two children, Molly, 16, and Lily-Sue, 14, and to taxi driver Mark Croft, who she shares nine-year-old son Maxwell, and daughter Heidi, ten.

Since parting from James, Kerry has moved in with Real Housewives of Cheshire cast member Ampika Pickston and for now at least, it seems like this is one relationship that is working out for troubled star.

Just yesterday, she shared an Instagram pic of herself cosied up in her dressing gown “waiting for the wifey to come home'”and tagging Ampika.

Ampika, meanwhile took to Twitter to shut down rumours that the pair will both feature in the next series of the reality show.

OneTwitter user wrote “please let it be true that Ampika Pickston is coming back to Real Housewives of Cheshire next year” while another poster added: “Yes I heard that and Kerry Katona joining as well.”

ButAmpika quickly jumped in to quash the suggestion with a simple, “Not true we are not”.

Which is a huge shame… ‘cos that would have been TV gold, right?
