Strictly Come Dancing couple Janette and Aljaz share first wedding picture with star guests including Louise Redknapp

The pair's big day was covered by OK!

Strictly Come Dancing couple Janette Manrara and Aljaz Skorjanec tied the knot last weekend and the first pictures of their big day have been released.

Janette posted the cover of OK! magazine, who covered the ceremony, to her Instagram feed and it features a glittering line up.

The dancer is wearing a low-backed white dress, but it’s revealed she had two designer gowns for her special day.

Meanwhile handsome groom Aljaz is wearing a cream suit and matching tie.

The couple are beaming as they’re joined by former Strictly pals Frankie Bridge, Louise Redknapp and Daisy Lowe.

Judy Murray was at the ceremony too, after a manic Wimbledon where her son Jamie Murray won the mixed doubles.

Since the big day, the loved up twosome have been happily posting pictures from a trip to Slovenia – where Aljaz hails from.

How loved up to they look?

After the wedding, before the official pics were released, Janette shared a photo of her and her new husband to social media.

“Heaven on earth… Happiest weekend of my life,” Janette wrote beside the adorable pic.

Fans lost no time at all in sending their best wishes.

“Congratulations to you both hope you had a brilliant day xxx,” wrote one, while another said: “Wishing you both a very happy life together.”

Before the wedding, Janette gushed that she was lucky to be walking down the aisle to meet her “best friend”.

She told OK! magazine: “I’m not feeling nervous – I’m really excited that I’m marrying Aljaz. When we were at the end of our tour, my make-up artist Marcos asked me about the schedule for the day.

“As I started to write it down I felt tears in my eyes. I looked at Aljaz and said, ‘I am so excited for us to get married’. That’s when it hit me for the first time.”

Janette went on: “We’ve only spent two days apart for the stag and hen and I have lost track of the number of times I’ve said that I really miss him. We spend all our time together.”

Louise Redknapp had reportedly flown back from her holiday in Spain to attend the wedding.

Although rumours have been rife that her 19-year marriage to Jamie Redknapp is over, neither has officially made any comment.

Back in May, Louise even laughed off reports that she and Jamie were having marital problems.

But now one of her former Strictly mates has put her foot in it and let slip that she and Jamie are indeed – well, apparently – separated.

According to The Sun, Karen Clifton, who is married to Louise’s Strictly dance partner Kevin, has said the former Eternal star, 42, “grew in confidence and spread her wings” during her time on the BBC show late last year.

“It was great because she’s been a stay-at-home mum and sometimes you can forget about yourself.

“Now she’s giving herself a little bit more attention and she’s taking care of herself, which is lovely.

“She’s re-inventing herself.

“She’s a gorgeous woman and he’s a lovely man and I just feel really bad that they’ve separated.”

For the past few weeks, it has been reported that Louise and her Strictly co-star Daisy Lowe have become inseparable.

A guest at Janette and Aljaz’s wedding reception, held at Bath House in London, told MailOnline: “Darcey, Craig and all the stars from Strictly and their celebrity dance partners were there, but Louise only wanted to be with one person; Daisy.

“The girls didn’t leave each other’s side and stayed together chatting, laughing and dancing all night long. Louise didn’t look as though she had a care in the world!”

They continued: “It’s like Louise is rebelling against all the rules. With Jamie, her life had to revolve around his football schedule and it was always about him.

“Now it’s like she’s thrown away the rule book, she can do what she wants! She loves her new life.”
