Strictly: Chris Ramsey reveals why he won’t fall victim to show’s curse

Comedian won't "jeopardise" his relationship

Ahead of tomorrow night’s launch show, comedian Chris Ramsey has spoken out about the so-called Strictly Come Dancing curse.

Chris has revealed that he had a conversation with his wife Rosie before signing up to take part in this year’s show, saying the pair “joked” about the curse.

He told Lorraine: “Everyone says about the Strictly curse but me and my wife have been together for seven years and married for five years.”

Joking, he quipped: “If you think I’m jeopardising that…”

The Strictly curse has hit more than a handful of celebrities over the years.

Fellow comedian Seann Walsh was pictured kissing his partner Katya Jones, resulting in the end of his relationship with girlfriend Rebecca Humphries.

Katya more recently ended her marriage to fellow professional dancer Neil Jones.

Stacey Dooley also split from her long-term boyfriend and is now loved-up with her dance partner Kevin Clifton.
