Olympic gold medal-winning rower Helen Glover announced that she's expecting baby number two last night (30.9.19).
Helen, 33, married to nature TV presenter and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Steve Backshall, announced the good news while she was presenting an award at the Animal Hero Awards.

Helen was presenting Barrie the dog with the award for Inspirational Animal Of The Year, when she said: "I’m definitely blaming my pregnancy hormones for this, but I’ve been crying about this story all day."
Helen followed up the good news with a Tweet today (1.10.19), which confirmed she's expecting.
In the Tweet, she said: "An absolute dream to present the @AnimalHeroAward and first official outing of the bump!"
Steve, 46, also Tweeted out the good news.
"Hedgehog girls & Syrian war dogs, famous faces & undercover hidden heroes, campaigners & Love Islanders, moggies & doggies. so proud to present @animalheroawards with Hels. And no hiding bump anymore, our little family is about to grow! @helenglovergb @DailyMirror"
Their army of followers were quick to send the couple their congratulations.
"Congratulations Helen you must both be so happy!" one wrote.
Another said: "Fantastic news - congratulations all round xx"
Steve and Helen, parents to one-year-old Logan, have faced tragedy in their lives, making this special news even more poignant.
Helen revealed that in 2018 that they had tragically lost one of their twins.
The couple had announced they were expecting twins in March of 2018.
Helen and Steve confirmed the tragedy on social media.
The Team GB rower wrote on Twitter: "Thanks for all your lovely messages. We’ve had the hard news that one baby hasn’t made it but we are very excited and hopeful for the remaining baby to arrive this summer xx"
