Oooh, she knows how to cause a reaction!

We really can not keep up with these two.

One minute they are all loved up, the next they are at loggerheads at each other

Well this week, they’re back on again!

And fans think they have taken a step toward proper commitment by getting engaged.

The reason they think this? Because Steph has only gone and posted a picture of her herself wearing a diamond ring on her left hand.

What are people supposed to think, eh?

The post went up on Instagram on Friday night and had her fans were giddy with excitement, even though Steph hadn’t actually suggested it was indeed an engagement ring, merely crediting the lass who had done her nails.

Legions of followers messaged that they were happy to see the couple on track while a few shared their concern and wondered if this was the right thing do after what has happened recently.

Meanwhile, the fans pointed out that the ring is in fact the very same £75 one that Jeremy bought her from a Liverpool branch of H Samuel last year after CBB.

Shortly after uploading her ring shot, Steph posted a picture of her snuggled up to Jeremy and baby Caben on a couch in her house, accompanied by the words “My family”!

The posts come in the week Steph praised Jeremy for tackling his drink and drugs demons by heading to rehab at a facility at home in Ireland.

Steph told fans she was happy that the father of her baby was making some big changes to his life for the sake of his family.

Jeremy is spending the next few weeks at a £400-a-night rehab centre in the Irish countryside.

The actress tweeted: “Today is the day. I’m so proud of you for finally doing this. Do it for me and Caben but most importantly… Do it for your self.’

“I know you got this now. Say goodbye to your demons &start a new lease of life with happiness.I have every faith in you.”

Jeremy told fans that he had been caught “in a downward spiral” and had “decided to take the appropriate action for myself and my new family.”

Last week Jeremy publicly acknowledged he needed help.

“I want to leave this last message here for people to maybe get a better understanding of who I am as a person.

“I know a lot of people are sick of reading stories etc in the press about me and my life and have a huge dislike for me, for the record nobody dislikes myself more than me.

“I never once have used my misfortunes in life for sympathy or excuses, as a lot of people have really tough lives, the fact I acted in a way that has been irresponsible a lot of which I feel was self reflection.

“I’ve let my family, friends, management and work down, I just hope I can wipe the slate clean and come back with a second chance.”

“Someone in this world when you’re low and you really don’t feel you have anyone and the press and peoples’ opinions on you are not really who you are, it’s tough to try and survive.

“I punished myself more than anyone could, I always said I never cared what people thought of me but deep down it’s been that supportive comment on Instagram or Twitter that’s made me feel a lot better.”

Well, that sounds peachy. But as we know, things change fast int he live so Steph and Jez. Who knows what’s next? Pregnancy? Splits? Secret marriage? Who knows, but we bet you can’t to find out.
