But Steph has spoken exclusively to OK! Online and revealed Jez will be spending time in rehab to treat what she claims is his drug addiction.
The 24-year-old has revealed she is “willing to stand by him and help him”.

Speaking to OK! Online Steph said: “From the beginning of last year, from when I was trying to prove to everyone I was pregnant and everything like that, Jeremy has had a drug problem.
“He has agreed to go to rehab for six weeks. It will be quite immediate.”
The new mum added: “Jeremy knows that he is 100% in the wrong.
“But he isn’t a bad person, deep down, he’s not an evil vindictive person.
“He has had a drug problem which he has now admitted to.”
Speaking fondly about her ex Steph admitted: “I do love him. I never stopped loving him.”
The pair’s relationship has always been on the rocks ever since splitting last year.
But after welcoming their first child together, Caben-Albi, the pair have attempted to settle their differences.

The Celebrity Big Brother star added: “This time he’s held his hands up and said I love you and I can’t lose you and I don’t want to lose our son.”
And the determined mum is making sure Jez isn’t around adorable Caben until he sorts himself out.
She said: “I would never have him around Caben, the way he’s been. He won’t be around Caben until he proves himself.”
This news comes shortly after Jeremy posted a photo to Twitter which could suggest the pair are rekindling their romance.
Fans were stunned to see a photo of Jez kissing Steph’s forehead while they cuddle their little tot Caben.
He captioned the now deleted snap: “@Stephdavis77 I love you,” to which Steph replied: “Love you too.”
The picture has since been deleted and Steph claims her account was hacked.
