Busy mum Stacey Solomon can often be found sharing her life online, but the TV star has revealed she is coming off social media.
The mum-of-three said she is having a break to “detox” and spend quality time with her sons and partner Joe Swash.
The 29-year-old Loose Women star shared her plans with fans yesterday (22 July).
She explained on Instagram: “Road Trip. Time for some family time! Spending a few days cut off from the world and connect with each other. There’s a no devices rule for everyone including mummy so I’m coming off of social media and putting my phone in the cupboard to have a healthy detox for a few days!”
Stacey explained it’s a special family trip as it will be baby Rex’s first holiday.
She also spoke on the importance of being phone-free for a while for her mental health.
Stacey continued: “I can’t wait to spend quality time with Joe and the boys. It’s Rex’s first trip away from home so it’s going to be so special I don’t want to miss a second. I think it’s so good for our mental health too, to just completely switch off from the world of technology and enjoy the moment, for a few days.”
Alongside her post, she shared a sweet picture of the family packed up and ready for their trip.

Stacey, who gave birth to Rex in May, added that she struggled to pack light for their break.
She added: “I forgot how much stuff you need to bring on a trip with a newborn.”

Stacey’s family trip is a big step for the star. Only weeks ago she admitted she was feeling anxious about leaving the house with baby Rex.
The star said she feared going outside with her little one in case she appeared “vulnerable”.
